Extend the current list of (Filtering) Actions: Upon blacklisting, allow ORF to temporarily ban the sender by its IP address.

DONE Apply Configuration Changes Without Service Restart
Apply ORF configuration changes without restarting the ORF Service. This would prevent interruption of spam filtering that are currently caused by ORF Service restarts.
Per Domain Reports
Add support for generating separate reports for individual recipient domains. For instance, if ORF filters for domains a.com and b.com, allow generating separate reports for both a.com and b.com.

Run Specific Tests on Outgoing Emails
Run selected content-based tests (Keyword Blacklist, Attachment Filtering, URL Blacklist etc) on outgoing emails as well. This is currently prevented by the IP Whitelist and the Authenticated User Whitelist. By ignoring these whitelists, outbound emails may be verified against malicious content (when submitted using SMTP).
