Run Specific External Agents on All Email
By ignoring all of the whitelists in ORF, run selected External Agents on every email seen by ORF. This would allow anti-virus software to run on outbound emails, too. This is is currently prevented by the IP Whitelist and the Authenticated User Whitelist. By ignoring these whitelists, outbound emails may also be verified against malicious content (when submitted using SMTP).

Bayesian (or Other Statistical) Filtering
Add a new statistical filter test to ORF. The most widely known and used statistical technique is Bayesian filtering, a "learning" email classification method. When properly trained and maintained, statistical filters work very effectively.
However, they require a reliable feed of actual legitimate and spam messages for initial training, so end-users are likely required to participate in the training.

SMTP Proxy in ORF (for Non-Exchange Servers)
To support non-Exchange servers (like IMail, etc.) without Microsoft® IIS SMTP, add an SMTP proxy server to ORF. This proxy would receive the emails first and forward them to the actual mail server.
This would be the same as with Microsoft® IIS SMTP front-ends, but without having to install the IIS SMTP Service first.
