Add remote administration support to ORF administration components (ORF Administration Tool, ORF Log Viewer, ORF Reporting Tool) for managing remote ORF instances from workstations without using Terminal Server, VNC or other remote desktop solution.

It would be super if I could change the config without having to remote desktop to the server each time. Mose of the time I'm adding a whitelist entry and it would save considerable time to load up a local client admin app, make the change and be on my way...

I guess that would imply opening even more ports on the server, opening more possible attack vectors. The current scheme of "Terminal Server, VNC or other remote desktop solution" is just fine for me.

I voted for this because it most closely matches my own request... make the ORF admin tool a little more terminal-server aware... example: two administrators using remote desktop to get to the same mail server. one admin has the ORF admin tool open, nobody else can use it... let us have multiple instances of the orf admin tool open... sure this might require a little programming so the "save and restart" doesnt conflict with the other instance...

This is the most important feature I have seen of all the feature requests. We have dozens of clients we support via remote desktop. Presently it is impossible to manage ORF remotely. We could sell these clients ORF if we could administer ORF remotely.

@CBM: If you already have remote desktop access to the clients' servers, you can already manage ORF remotely, so I guess this feature will add little new value to you.

I have no problem using RDP to a client's server to administer ORF. Please spend your time on features that are not in the product, and that have no simple workaround such as RDP. Thank you! Gregg
