Log Viewer filter definition sharing via server

Extend the ORF Log Viewer log filtering feature with the ability to store certain saved filters on the server. This would allow the administrator to share filters automatically with other workstations and fellow administrators working with the same ORF server.

This would be a perfect feature as right now it is difficult to share custom fileters with other ORF admins.
