Download ORF Updates Automatically

When new ORF versions are published, download the updates automatically instead of just notifying the administrator. Note that installation would be still started by the administrator.

As long as it is an "option" to do so (the download), we're good. VAMSOFT is going to need to trickle out the updates so that they don't overload their servers. -ASB: http://XeeMe.com/AndrewBaker
