I get the error message every 15 seconds.
Message from the ORF Transport Agent: Unexpected On Arrival error NullReferenceException. Message: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object.".

I had to stop email notifications because I got 100,000 plus email in a 24 hour period.

Any ideas would be great.

@drj361: This issue is currently being investigated by our Customer Service. I recommend that we keep this on a single communication channel. A resolution will be posted here if it is relevant to other clients.
