If all outbound emails are routed through the ORF server (via SMTP), they will appear in the ORF logs, but you will not be able to filter them: Emails originating from the localhost address (127.0.0.1), the Class A (10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255), Class B (172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255) and Class C (192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255) private intranet address ranges are whitelisted by default to avoid the accidental blacklisting of intranet and outbound emails. This is hard-coded into ORF and cannot be changed.
