I suspect you must have *forwarded* a spam/malicious email to our customer service address instead of attaching the copy of the problematic email (saved in .eml or .msg format) to the message. According to our logs, the email was blacklisted because it contained a malicious URL.
Could you try to resend your email please? I have whitelisted your email address.

I didn't think of that at all but I suspect you're correct. I resent my email this morning and it looks like it went through so thank you for the whitelisting!

I was working with Support on an ORF issue but my replies started to bounce back:
'ORF Customer Service' ()
Your message couldn't be delivered and there was no valid enhanced status code being issued by the remote mail system to determine the exact cause, status: '550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable'.
Requested gave this error:
Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable
