The requested files can be found in the ORF program directory (default: \Program Files (x86)\ORF Fusion\).

@stephen.challen: Thank you for the files Stephen. The reported issue is caused by a configuration mistake which can be resolved easily. I have sent you a reply explaining the problem in detail.
DKIM whitelisting is a great solution based on whitelisting on successful confirmation on DKIM signature. Unfortunately, emails are currently being checked by Keyword Blacklist. Can this be looked at? Is this as expected?
