I am afraid not, at least not in ORF. You need administrator rights for running any of the ORF management tools - even the Log Viewer which can alter the ORF configuration directly via its remote control feature: https://vamsoft.com/support/docs/orf-help/6.1/logv-remote.
That said, if you need the v6.1 ORF Log Viewer executable without the manifest (i.e. to run it without admin rights) just send us an email to and we will send it to you.

Are we able to set permissions for some staff here to see the log viewer, but not be able to make changes on the configuration tool?
