Removal of the registry key was the "key".
Things are back to normal now.

Using 5.4.1 Registered.
The application was toasted by an encryption virus.
Attempting to install says unable to remove previous version. Folder is gone.
Did an extraction and installed per an article found on this site. Service would not run as original install used a different default folder. It thinks there is a previous install and previous settings, wherever they are, are keeping it from working. Is there a removal tool or directions to remove all traces of ORF so a clean install can be done?
