I am afraid, there is no fix for this issue yet, as msvcrt.dll is not part of ORF. It is a Windows Visual C run-time library (see: http://bit.ly/2Ew3l6f) used by CDOSYS, which is a Windows component that is involved in email delivery in IIS SMTP/Exchange servers (see: http://bit.ly/2FZJ6ek). Although the error was logged by ORF, it was not cased by it - nor was it affected by it. We have seen such error occurring with specific heavily malformed emails in the past. The issue is extremely rare, it usually occurs for a few emails only then goes away as the spammer fixes the email format.
