@Sobolev_AA: Hello Sobolev_AA,

Indeed, your domain does not appear to be blacklisted at the moment. How old is the ORF log record that you are investigating? Your domain might have been removed from the SURBL list since then.

@Sobolev_AA: Do the emails sent to your domain (powereng.ru) still get blacklisted?

According to the SURBL Lookup (http://www.surbl.org/surbl-analysis) your domain is currently not blacklisted, so there is nothing to worry about. In case your domain ends up on a blacklist again, you might want to contact the surbl.org group (http://www.surbl.org/contact) for further information regarding this incident.

@Daniel Novak (Vamsoft): I think that this is not domain block, it's about URL block. Where is an URL in all messages from our domain in signature. But why SURBL block it - i can't understand.
Anyway, i add *.powereng.ru in exceptions in SURBL test, maybe it's may work.

@Sobolev_AA: An SURBL is a collection of Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) hosts, typically website [domains], that appear in unsolicited messages. In other words, if your website URL gets added to an SURBL, any incoming email that contains http://www.powereng.ru will be blacklisted by the SURBL Test.

@Kenneth Mbugua: Hello Kenneth,

I am afraid you will have to go through the steps descried in the FAQ of surbl.org: http://www.surbl.org/faqs#whitelist

We have no control over the removal process, nor are affiliated with surbl.org in any way.
