@vacs893: I am afraid email headers provide little information on this, can you please send a few recent ORF log files (*.log) and your configuration file orfent.ini to for analysis? Thank you.

We have set up ORF 4.4+exchange 2007 to let only white listed emails pass. But still sometime spam not listed anywhere in white list passes.
Here is tech info from sample letter.
