@nvs: There is no RFC requirement that says the PTR record of a sender IP should match the domain part of the sender's email address. This would result in an unacceptably high number of false positives: many legitimate domain owners use external providers for sending emails (Google Apps, Exchange Online, etc).
Please add check for reverse obtained (sub)domain and sender's domain match.
For example mail from 1.2.3.4 = test.com fail for sender
And mail from 2.3.4.5 = smtp.test.com for - OK.
