In order to investigate this issue we will need further details. Please send the following to the address:
- Copies of the spam emails that managed to bypass filtering (saved in .eml or .msg format). Please avoid forwarding them and instead attach them as a zipped file.
- The configuration file named orfent.xml (or orfent.ini), which can be found in the ORF program directory. The default location is C:\ProgramData\ORF Fusion.
- The ORF text log file(s) from the day of the incident. These text log files have .log extensions (e.g., orfee-2023-06-06.log) and can be found on the configured ORF logging path (default: C:\ProgramData\ORF Fusion\TextLogs)
