All Email being blocked!!! ORF Service causing it... - ORF Forums

HELP!!!
When the ORF service, all external email is blocked. Stop the service and email delivers properly.
Exchange 2010 (64-bit) ORF 5.1 Fusion

Issue started suddenly.

Hi,

so whats the reason when mail is blocked? Maybe you're using an outdated dns blacklist.

can you post the logentry?

Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain geus.org by mail.geus.org. [63.246.62.197].

The error that the other server returned was:
550 5.7.1 Message rejected (no valid recipients).

This is the NDR Message Google creates. You will Need the logfile entry from ORF Fusions logfile.

@NorbertFe: I fixed it I think. Recipient blacklist was on and set to block all addresses. I turned it off and it appears that all is well. Will monitor it and see

That would have been my next guess. So the question is: Who enabled it "suddenly"? ;)

@NorbertFe: New tech was hired a few weeks ago is my guess. Will monitor him also...thanks for the help.
