Is it possible to only apply filtering to a single email address in the organisation.
eg, no one else is filtered apart from, for example,

@Phill79: You can achieve this by adding to the Recipient Whitelist (Administration Tool: Whitelists / Recipient Whitelist) and switching the Whitelist Mode to "Exclude all addresses from filtering, except the list below" mode.

Please note that some blacklist tests may override the Recipient Whitelist, so make sure none of them are enabled in your Whitelist Test Exceptions settings (Administration Tool: Filtering / Tests, Configure button at the bottom).
