@vderyabin: The "path for temporary email files" you configured for the External Agent test (http://vamsoft.com/r?o-hto-adm-agents) must not be set to the Exchange Replay directory path. Whatever email file you put in this folder will be delivered by Exchange, that is why the External Agent does not find it: it is no longer there.
