First of all, you should enable filtering emails sent by blank senders:

In ORF 5.0 and later, this setting is on the Whitelists / Sender Whitelist page.
In ORF 4.4 and earlier versions, it is on the Configuration / Global / Miscellaneous page.
If configured properly, ORF will probably blacklist these:

I added trusted host to IP whitelist for our remote mail servers.

Hello! beginning from 9 may 2013, my server received a lot of spam-mail. I cant' block this mail, because ORF talk to me that mail is "Whitelisted by the Sender Whitelist: Delivery Status Notification, blank sender address.".
