This is because the actual license expiration time is July 13, 2010, 0:00 CET (GMT+2), which means the last time you can renew automatically is at July 12, 2010 23:59:59. However, we are flexible with late renewals and you can still renew via our Customer Service - I have contacted you off-forum with a renewal link.

Today on July, 13th, last day renewal of my licence - why I cannot make it? I use your product throughout many years, and such for the first time.
