@Sergey Samoilov:
As the error message states, the email could not be checked by ORF, because it was corrupted/malformed. Your Exchange (or IIS SMTP) server will automatically drop these, so there is nothing left to be checked for ORF (i.e., these emails never make it into the inboxes of the intended recipients, there is nothing to be worried about).
Indeed, we had a bug in 4.0-4.0.4 versions where this message was logged and the email was allowed thru ORF if the email was submitted without HELO/EHLO, but this bug was fixed by version 4.1 on March 27, 2008.
We have installed ORF 4.4. Оccasionally we get the following error in ORF logs:
SMTPSVC-0 2011-06-06T14:40:13 System Error - - - - - - Message from the ORF SMTP Module: The SMTP client caused SMTP conversation problems, skipping check. The SMTP Service/Exchange will reject the malformed delivery attempt.
I found in the Issue History similar message: ORF Does Not Filter Mails with Blank HELO
but it says that it fixed in the previous version.
