I just wanted the staff to know, the renewal process on ORF is the most annoying of all the renewals I do. Why is everything based on automatic renewal? Automatic renewal is not new I know, but I just want to pay right now and get 1 yr added on. Every renewal I do from other sites allow some sort of this to happen. I also don't see where I can adjust the users. The other annoying issue is my finance team never knows what cleverbridge is. Sorry just doing a brain dump.

Thank you for your feedback. I see what you mean.

I checked the license management page on our Client Portal (, and it looks like you can only renew your ORF license early (i.e. "pay right now and get 1 yr added on."), and change the licensed user count when auto-renewal is enabled. I am not sure whether this is by design, or due to some technical limitation, but I will ask our web team if this can be changed. I will get back to you as soon as I know more.

As for Cleverbridge, they are our e-commerce partner: They handle all payments and all matters related to international tax and compliance. All of our invoices are issued by them. Is there anything your finance team would like to see on the invoices to avoid further misunderstandings?

@Daniel Novak (Vamsoft): That works I guess. I'll probably never remember that next time, so yes, it'd be nice to make those options available when autorenew is disabled.
