On-Arrival Test not Processing - ORF Forums

A new problem has occurred intermittently until yesterday when it became permanent. We are having emails arrive without issue and going through before arrival tests without issue. But no emails are being processed on-arrival and therefore no emails are being delivered to mailboxes. Do you happen to know what may be causing this issue> I had assumed it was an Exchange 2019 problem but cannot locate a cause as passing all tests and delivering internal emails without issue,

Problem resolved. Exchange went into temporary 451 error, Located cause as internal issue with DC.
