Management Tools on Windows 10 require administrator privileges RSS

1

I'm running the ORF management tools on a Windows 10 workstation. Following best practices, I'm logged on with an account that does not have local admin rights.

The management tools require local admin rights to install. That's not really a problem, but they require admin rights every time I run them.

Is there a way to prevent this?

Thanks

Hello Luis,

That is correct, currently, the ORF management tools do require administrator rights to run. If this is problem for you, send us an email to and we will provide you with a set of management tool executables that will allow you to use them without elevated privileges.

You can set up a shortcut like this if you prefer.
