yes, you can migrate the current ORF installation to a new server by
1. creating a backup of your configuration,
2. uninstalling ORF from the old server,
3. installing it to the new one,
4. restoring the configuration from the backup.

By the way your license covers ORF 4.4, so I recommend installing that on the new server: it is compatible with the configuration files of 4.2.
