Error Reporting

This help section describes the Error Reporting settings available under SystemError Reporting in the navigation.

Enable saving error reports

Toggle this option to record unknown and unexpected service errors that may occur during email filtering. When enabled, related data is collected and stored in an encrypted format in the specified location.

Report Settings

Path for error report files

Specify the directory where the error report files will be saved. Enter the filepath or click '...' to browse and select the desired location.

Delete reports older than n days

Set the duration after which error reports will be automatically deleted. Enter the desired number of days in the provided field.

Customize which data is saved with the reports

Click on the Edit button to customize the types of data that will be saved along with the error reports.

Automatic Reporting

Enable automatic error report submission to Vamsoft

Toggle this option to enable or disable the automatic submission of error reports to Vamsoft. When enabled, error reports will be sent automatically for further analysis.
