SMTP Module Bindings

This help section explains the SMTP Module Bindings.

General Information

The ORF SMTP Module can bind to one or more SMTP Virtual Server. By binding the SMTP Module to an SMTP Virtual Server, you integrate the SMTP Module with the virtual server, so ORF can filter emails or monitor outgoing emails for the selected SMTP Virtual Server.

Typically the SMTP Module binds to only one SMTP Virtual Server which listens on port TCP/25 and receives emails directly from the Internet and another (or the same server) which handles outgoing emails.
