This section describes the usage of the remote control feature in the Log Viewer.
The Remote Control allows sending IP addresses and sender email addresses to various ORF lists (like the Sender Blacklist). The addresses sent to the ORF Service, which starts to use these immediately. You can review these addresses in the ORF Administration Tool and approve (add to configuration) or reject (delete) them by selecting from the main menu.
Select one or more events from the log which contains the data that you want to send and right-click on the event or open the Tools menu.
The difference between Quick Send and Send to... menus is that Send to... allows defining a comment. Certain lists log these comments on hits, which helps to identify which item caused the hit exactly. Items sent with Quick Send get an automatic comment.
