Keyword Blacklist


This test helps blacklisting emails that contain specific keywords or expressions in the email body or header.

The configuration options of the feature are available under BlacklistsKeyword Blacklist in the navigation.

Enabling or Disabling the Keyword Blacklist

You can enable or disable the use of the Keyword Blacklist on the FilteringTests page in the navigation.

Using the Keyword Blacklist

Adding, modifying and deleting keywords

Click button New to add a new keyword or expression to the list. To modify an existing keyword, click Modify or hit Enter. Keywords can be deleted using the Delete button or the Delete key.

Sorting the keyword expression list

Click the column header of any column by which you wish to sort the keyword expression list. To reverse sorting, click the column header again.

Exporting and importing the keyword expressions

Right-click on the expression list and select "Import List..." or "Export List...". Alternatively, you do this from the menu, select FileImportKeyword blacklist or FileExportKeyword blacklist.

Notes

Filtering points

The keyword blacklist can be used at the On Arrival filtering point only. Before email arrival, the email contents are not available, so the keyword filtering cannot be performed at that point.
