from the navigation to view this page.Tells if ORF is ready to filter emails. The ORF Service must be running and the ORF Exchange 2007/2010 Transport Agents has to be in Healthy status to filter emails.
The filtering logic of ORF resides in the ORF Service and so this service must run to filter emails. If the ORF service is down, emails are coming in without any filtering performed by ORF (note that other filters in the system may still catch the unwanted emails).
You can start or stop the ORF Service using the Start and Stop buttons.
The ORF Transport Agents connect the ORF Service to the local Exchange installation. They must be in Healthy state (installed and enabled) for ORF to filter emails.
If the status shows that one or both of the Transport Agents are disabled, you can use the Enable-TransportAgent Exchange PowerShell command to enable the transport agent. If the Transport Agents are not installed, follow the instructions on our website to install them. Learn more about managing ORF Transport Agents here.
To refresh the status information, click the Refresh button (may take a few seconds to complete).
