Add support for using ORF with Microsoft Exchange 2010.

As of writing this, Exchange 2010 is pre-release software, it is to be released in the second half of 2009.

ORF 4.3 supports Exchange 2010 after installing a patch, which is available at http://vamsoft.com/r?mex14p Please note that earlier versions are not supported, you will need either the registered or the trial version of ORF 4.3 installed. For installation instructions, please consult the readme.txt file. The next version (ORF 5) will support Exchange 2010 by default.

ORF 4.4 now includes full (patch-free) support.
