Technical Support Tips
Following the simple tips below can save a few round-trips when requesting technical assistance.
- Send a few recent ORF log files with your email. These have .log extension and can be found on the configured log path (default: \Program Files (x86)\ORF Fusion).
- Send your ORF configuration file with your email. This file is called orfent.ini and can be found in the program directory (default: \Program Files (x86)\ORF Fusion).
- Send version and platform information: ORF version, Exchange or IIS version, 32-bit or 64-bit.
- If the issue is related to filtering, tell us about your network setup: email servers, firewalls and other email filtering software.
