Thank you for reporting this error. Could you send us (to ) the following for analysis, please?
- The ORF configuration file: C:\ProgramData\ORF Fusion\orfent.ini (plus, the orfcs.ini and orfcs.remote.ini files if they exist)
- The ORF log file from the day of the incident (e.g. orfee-2020-08-27.log). Default path: C:\ProgramData\ORF Fusion\TextLogs\
We are going to investigate the issue.
In the meantime, should the ORF service hang again, try to kill it by running the following command in the command prompt: taskkill /IM "orfeesvc.exe" /F

Got two of these, what I believe, are memory access violations in the past two weeks. It stops mail flow and I cannot open or restart the ORF service, need to do a hard reboot.
Been running ORF an old SBS2011 exchange box, virtualized for many years now, and just started getting this after the latest upgrade. ORF 6.3
Going to go back to the working previous version unless someone can offer some insight?
