@Abai Kopbayev: Usually such issue may occur if the configuration was not saved after the blacklist expression has been added, or the blacklist expression does not match the sender address (incorrect). To verify this, please send us your configuration file called orfent.ini and your related .log file (located in Program Files \ ORF Enterprise Edition or Program Files (x86) \ ORF Enterprise Edition by default) to . Please send us the raw .log file, Log Viewer CSV exports are not suitable.

We will look into this.
