If a subject has both a keyword whitelist word and a keyword blacklist word, will the email make it through?

@Fixitwizard: The Keyword Whitelist always takes precedence over the Keyword Blacklist test (i.e., the first is performed before than the latter), so the email will be allowed through (see "Tests" at http://vamsoft.com/support/docs/how-tos/orf-101-5.3 and http://vamsoft.com/support/docs/orf-help/5.3/tests).

In general, whitelist tests are always performed before blacklist tests, but you can configure some blacklists to ignore whitelists and as a result, change the test order:

http://vamsoft.com/support/docs/orf-help/5.3/adm-whitelisttestexceptions

Another thing to note is that ORF has two filtering points (Before Arrival and On Arrival), so if a whitelist is assigned to On Arrival only, blacklist tests assigned to the Before Arrival could still reject the email as they are performed beforehand.
