@Kevin Zhang: It seems the downloaded file is corrupted, something interrupts the download I guess. If you use any download accelerators or plug-ins in your browser which may interfere, I suggest turning them off. If that still does not help, please drop us an email to with your customer ID and registration email address, and we will send you the installer in email.
today,i want to update my orf from 4.3 to 4.4 ,,i follow the upgradeguide-4.4.pdf to download the installer from http://www.vamsoft.com/regdownload.asp
when i download the orfee-4.4-registered.exe , it download the orfee-4.4-registered.exe for a monent ,,it prompt the download is completed ,
when i try install installer ,the system prompt "orfee-4.4-registered.exe Is not a valid win32 application "
i found the installer is 1.7M.. i try download the installer many times.it still is the 1.7M..
how can u do for this ? thx..
